Finally, proposals compiled using the data obtained from analyzes and research are presented, representing measures to improve the company's marketing strategy.

Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl navrhnout změny, které jsou žádoucí pro trvalý úspěšný rozvoj organizace v oblastech adaptace a školení. Primární cíl bude dosažen aplikací relevantních návrhů ke zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků adaptačních a školicích aktivit pro nové zaměstnance ve vybrané organizaci. Tato práce je rozdělena do šesti hlavních kapitol: první se zaměřuje na cíl práce, druhá na teoretické základy, třetí na pozadí společnosti, čtvrtá na analýzu a pátá na navrhované úpravy a modifikace. V poslední kapitole budou prezentovány závěry této práce.

Recruitment process of international companies in the light of national cultures: France and the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis is dedicated to analyze and describe cultural differences between France and the Czech Republic in connection with recruitment processes of international companies operating in these countries. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part involves the basic terminology in the field of human resource management and cultural specifics. It defines the terms and procedures of the recruitment process as a key component of human resource management as well as connection and influence of cultural characteristics on the process. The practical part describes recruitment processes using the example of two international companies doing business on the Czech and French market. It also contains a comparison of the recruitment processes of these companies in the light of the national specifics of France and the Czech Republic. The practical part also includes detection of expectations and attitudes of Czech university students and graduates towards one of the international companies in relation to the activities of its HR marketing.
Internal communication in the international company

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the current state of internal communication in an international company, identify weaknesses in communication channels with respect to intercultural differences and propose remedial actions to ensure the effective flow of information within the whole organization. For this purpose, the thesis is divided into two systematic parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of basic terms like communication, communication flow, intercultural communication and internal communication. The empirical part is focused on the analysis of internal communication in the selected international company, and on the implementation of the two proposed changes related to digital communication channels. The second part is focused on the questionnaire research which was used as a basis to identify intercultural differences and also uncover weaknesses for further recommendations.
Specifics of Currency Transactions in International Companies

International companies perform business transactions in different countries all over the world and must be able to manage their financial assets in various currencies. Significant foreign exchange alteration can markedly harm market value of any company. The companies use so called 'hedging' to avoid such situations. The aim of this master thesis is to analyze specifics of currency operations based on a case study in the international company and its transaction exposure. The thesis discovers that the selected company uses only two types of 'hedging'.
Comparison of communication strategies of transnacional companies towards students as potencial employees

This diploma thesis deals with communication strategies of four transnacional companies, L'Oréal, Henkel, Unilever and Procter&Gamble, which target students. The thesis compares particular communication channels, tactics and strategies that the companies use to attract the most talented candidades and to be able to gain employees with highest potencial. The objective of the thesis is to find out if the companies can identify the right target group, approach it through appropriate channels and communication content and hand over an image of the firm as an ideal employer.
Human resource management in selected organization

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the human resources management in selected organization and to propose changes aimed at improving the activities in the field of human resources management. In the theoretical part were summarized basic information regarding human resource management, personnel department and role of human resources in the organization. Significant attention has been devoted to specific personnel activities. In the practical part was presented the company Danone a.s. and analysed human resources management system. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was realized, which aimed to find out the views of employees to set system and its function in the company. Based on the observed facts were proposed changes that could contribute not only to improve human resource management system, but also to create a better functioning company.
